Description de la mission

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the leadership and growth of the warehousing and supply chain business,
ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with Group rules, customer expectation, country
legislation with emphasis on safety and compliance.

MISSIONS

- Defines and communicates goals and required alignments to N-1 based on strategic objectives set by
General Management

- Builds and adapts the warehousing and supply chain services offered according to the market
situation or market forecast. Taking into consideration the organisation's capacity, profitability and
associated risk level in coordination with the Sales department.

- Provides the leadership and direction for Warehousing & Supply Chain functions

- Leads both existing and potential customer relationship

- Heads and executes specific operations projects to improve safety, optimise resources and minimise
cost.

- Oversees the selection, negotiation and finalisation of agreements with suppliers & customers

- Oversees the activities of suppliers, external consultants, etc to ensure that divergent deliverables are
met.

- Manages the Warehousing & supply chain P&L to meet established budgets and forecast

- Ensures industrial harmony with the workforce under his/her control

- Focuses the attention of staff on maintaining efficient operations and identifying and evaluating
potential profit improvement opportunities.

- Ensures all employees in the area of responsibility have the required training and skills to perform their
jobs.

- Provide development opportunities as appropriate for employees in the area of responsibility.

- Coaches & Directs N+1

- Oversees the QHSE development within the warehousing & supply chain operations.

 

Profil

- Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of senior management experience in warehousing and supply chain with at least
- 3 years of P&L responsibility
